Job Summary

This role involves leading our digital design initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring our outputs stand out in the digital landscape through creativity and high quality. The ideal candidate will champion our agency’s digital design capabilities, leveraging their in-depth experience in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and HTML to execute compelling online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of industry trends to inform and implement top-tier digital ideas.
• Generate and communicate creative ideas to both clients and team members.
• Offer continuous support and guidance to junior team members to uphold excellence in our digital outputs.
• Collaborate effectively across the agency to enhance the standards of digital creativity.
• Guarantee that all digital design work released to clients meets the highest quality standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• Profound expertise in digital design principles and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid experience in UX/UI design, understanding user-centric approaches.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Industry Experience:

Significant experience in graphic design within the creative/design industry is crucial for this role.
