About the Role:

As the Graphic Design Specialist, he/she is responsible for showcasing the Company’s design skills, and should have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that enhance our brand, support marketing, recruitment and internal business communication design initiatives, and communicate our message effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Create Visual Content: Develop high-quality graphics for various media, including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and packaging.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure designs align with company goals and project requirements.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent and cohesive design elements across all platforms.
• Conceptualize Ideas: Generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing activities.
• Digital Illustration: Produce digital illustrations and icons that enhance user experience and engage audiences.
• Photo Editing: Edit and manipulate photos to meet project specifications and enhance visual appeal.
• Typography: Use typography effectively to create visually appealing and readable designs.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design skills and output.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Experience with Adobe XD is a plus and other design software. Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and WordPress.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Creativity: Experience with YouTube, Google Ads and digital ad standards, podcasts, video production, and top social channels a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Technical expertise: They must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.
