Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager / Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong eye for design, and the ability to generate engaging visual content. You will be responsible for managing our clients’ social media profiles, creating captivating posts and video reels, and designing banners and graphics that align with brand identity.

Location: Kolkata
Job Type: 2 days WFO, 4 days WFH

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update social media profiles for clients across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.)
• Develop creative and engaging posts, stories, and video reels to drive engagement
• Create eye-catching banners, promotional graphics, and infographics
• Collaborate with clients to ensure content aligns with their brand strategy and goals
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, design, and content creation tools
• Work with videography tools to create high-quality video content

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and videography tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to create graphics and visuals that effectively communicate the client’s message
• Experience in generating video content, including editing, for reels and stories
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media and graphic design work

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation software
• Experience in social media strategy development
• Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social media
• Experience in managing paid social media campaigns
• Creative copywriting skills for social media captions and posts
