Job Summary

We are an innovative IT company seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. This role requires proficiency in WordPress, design tools, and HTML/CSS to support the development of high-quality digital assets that enhance our brand presence and deliver value to our clients. You will work closely with our web development and marketing teams to design visually engaging and user-centric digital content, with a focus on web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly website elements on WordPress, ensuring they align with the company’s brand and objectives.

Collaborate with IT and development teams to customize and enhance WordPress themes, layouts, and functionalities using HTML/CSS.

Create digital assets, including website banners, infographics, icons, social media graphics, and marketing collateral, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new web pages and IT product interfaces, focusing on both aesthetic appeal and user experience.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms, working within established brand guidelines and IT-specific requirements.

Optimize graphics and multimedia content for various devices, screen sizes, and browsers to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, particularly those relevant to the IT industry, to ensure our digital assets remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Assist in designing and executing visuals for IT-related marketing campaigns, product launches, and company presentations.

Requirements

4-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating web design experience, preferably in the IT industry.

Proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization and plugin utilization.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles, with an ability to collaborate with IT and development teams effectively.

Expertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Sketch.

Familiarity with IT-specific design considerations, such as cybersecurity visuals, technical data representation, and software UI/UX.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.

Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, particularly for IT products, services, or corporate websites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
