Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Creativity
• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media posts, stories, and reels.
• Develop eye-catching animations and short video snippets for reels and story highlights.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize engaging visuals that align with the brand’s voice and strategy.
• Platform Optimization
• Adapt designs to fit the specifications and trends of various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated on platform-specific trends and integrate them into designs.
• Content Collaboration
• Work closely with the content team to ensure graphics and videos enhance storytelling.
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaigns and visual narratives.
• Brand Consistency
• Maintain consistent use of colors, fonts, and other brand elements across all designs.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Project Management
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to incorporate feedback and revisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media content creation.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or similar.
• Knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media trends and audience preferences.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics and animations.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
