Role Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and user-focused UI and UX Designer to elevate the design and functionality of our community platform, news website, and marketing materials.

In this role, you’ll create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance usability and optimize conversions. You’ll also collaborate with our marketing team to produce engaging visual assets that align with our brand and support various campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a keen understanding of user centric design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & User Experience:

• Craft intuitive, responsive, and visually compelling UI designs that enhance user experience across the community platform and news website. Focus on clean layouts, seamless navigation, and optimized flows to drive engagement and conversions.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Work with the marketing team to design impactful visual assets, including social media graphics, ads, banners, and email templates. Ensure consistency in branding across all touch points and support marketing campaigns with visually appealing materials.

User Research & Testing:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors and preferences. Leverage insights to guide design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.

Prototyping & Wire framing:

• Develop high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to test design concepts and gather feedback early in the design process. Present design ideas and iterate based on stakeholder input.

Conversion-Focused Design:

• Use design best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing and iterating on calls-to-action, form designs, and page layouts to maximize user engagement and memberships.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure cohesive branding across the community platform, news site, and marketing materials. Establish design patterns that enhance user familiarity and trust in our brand.

Market Awareness:

• Stay current with UI/UX, design, and cryptocurrency trends to keep our products and materials innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3+ years in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating work on websites, web apps, and marketing materials. Experience in high-conversion design and working with marketing teams is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision) and an understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.

Portfolio:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web applications, landing pages, and marketing assets.

Analytical Approach:

• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design improvements to optimize user experiences.

Detail-Oriented:

• Keen eye for design consistency, typography, color, and aesthetics across all design outputs.

Excellent Communication:

• Ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical team members, including developers and marketers.

Knowledge of Cryptocurrency:

• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry and user personas in this space is advantageous.
