About You:

Are you a design wizard who dreams in pixels and vectors? Do you get giddy over kerning and obsessed with color palettes? Do you know the difference between a great design and one that slaps? We’re looking for someone who’s not just talented but can lead, inspire, and create designs that scream “WOW!”

What You’ll Do:

• Create Stunning Visuals: Bring our brand to life through jaw-dropping graphics for campaigns, social media, websites, and beyond.
• Lead a Team: Mentor junior designers and lead collaborative projects like the creative genius you are.
• Strategize: Work with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns.
• Innovate: Use your creative superpowers to keep us ahead of trends and wow our audiences.
• Get Analytical: Occasionally crunch some numbers to evaluate how designs perform (don’t worry, no advanced calculus involved).

Required Skills:

• A portfolio that makes jaws drop.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—bonus points if you’re a wizard in After Effects).
• Proven experience leading design projects and teams.
• A knack for storytelling through visuals.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• Excellent communication skills (design-speak and human-speak).

Nice-to-Haves (Not Mandatory, But We’ll Be Impressed):

• You dabble in AI tools and love generating concepts on-the-fly.
• Experience in the iGaming industry (you know your slots from your poker hands).
• A gamer at heart with a passion for geek culture—be it D&D, anime, or the latest console release.

• A meme connoisseur who’s fluent in internet culture.
