Role Overview:

As a Graphics Designer Specialist at WCT Pay, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and managing digital and print marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. And ensure that the brand’s core values are always visually communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Design

• Develop high-quality digital marketing banners, landing pages, webpages, and social media posts
• Design .PPT presentations, company promotional collateral / marketing materials, branded materials, etc
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all materials

Campaign Management

• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and web
• Optimize campaigns for performance and analyze results to refine strategies

Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time
• Coordinate with the content, sales, and product teams to align on messaging and goals

Quality Assurance

• Proofread and ensure all materials are error-free, visually appealing, and on-brand
• Stay updated on industry trends, such a AI, and best practices to enhance the quality of deliverables

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on designing banners, landing pages, branding and print collaterals
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AI, and marketing platforms
• Knowledge of video editing and AI platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for storytelling through
