We’re seeking a creative and motivated graphic designer to join our team and bring our educational mission to life through compelling visual designs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, a passion for education, and the ability to transform complex ideas into impactful visuals. With expertise in current design software and a collaborative mindset, this role will support our marketing and branding efforts across multiple platforms.

Objectives of this role

Create visually appealing designs that align with Park Tutoring’s mission and brand identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality print and digital materials, including marketing collateral, educational resources, and social media content.
Independently manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Continuously refine designs and processes to reflect current trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
Maintain and organize a database of design assets, including illustrations, photography, and templates.

Responsibilities

Brainstorm and strategize with the marketing and operations teams to develop innovative concepts for promotional campaigns, digital content, and internal communications.
Design and produce materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, infographics, website elements, and social media assets.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company’s values and services.
Manage the creative process from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring the highest quality of work.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep Park Tutoring’s visuals fresh and relevant.
Edit and enhance photographs, videos, and other media for use in various projects.

Required skills and qualifications

Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for detail.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design choices and gather feedback effectively.
Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience or equivalent academic qualifications.
A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
Experience designing for educational or service-oriented companies.
Familiarity with web design basics, including HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
Photography and video editing experience.
Knowledge of emerging design trends and tools.
