Job Description

The Graphic Designer will work within our internal marketing department, providing design direction and creative leadership for creating visual assets that support the organization’s internal marketing strategies. This position will focus on delivering top-tier digital, print, and multimedia content that aligns with the company’s branding, vision, and internal communication goals. As the Graphic Designer, you will work directly with internal departments to execute high-impact campaigns and ensure seamless execution of creative projects.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field or have at least 7 years of experience in creative services or a similar role.
  • 3 years in a managerial position preferred.

Job Duties

  • Design Leadership: Direct and oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including digital banners, infographics, reports, presentations, and multimedia for internal campaigns and initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain the integrity of the organization’s visual identity across all materials, ensuring that all creative output adheres to established brand guidelines.
  • Project Management: Work closely with internal clients (such as HR, Corporate Communications, and Product Teams) to understand project goals, provide creative solutions, and deliver work on schedule.
  • Conceptualization: Lead the ideation process, translating internal client needs into innovative, visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the Creative Services Director, other designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Manage the review process with internal clients, collecting feedback and making necessary revisions to align the final product with client expectations.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends and visual design innovations, integrating new techniques to keep the organization’s materials fresh and engaging.
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Typical office environment with some travel to communities required.
  • Holiday, inclement weather, weekends and some work outside of normal business hours are to be expected.
  • Exposure to the sights, sounds and smells of a typical heath care and assisted living environments including interaction with people coping with dementia.
