Graphic Designer (Social Media Focus)

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for social media platforms, proficiency in Canva, and strong video editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Creation:
• Design eye-catching posts, stories, and ads for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and the overall marketing strategy.
• Video Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media, incorporating animations, effects, and transitions.
• Enhance raw footage to create polished and engaging video content.
• Design Tool Expertise:
• Use Canva and other design tools to create high-quality graphics.
• Optimize designs for various platforms and formats.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver creative assets on time.
• Take feedback and iterate designs to achieve the desired results.
• Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on social media trends, design best practices, and platform-specific requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a social media or digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
• Strong video editing skills (e.g., using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva’s video editing features).
• Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, file sizes, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles to create content that drives engagement.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for content publishing.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
