Key Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence
• Create visually stunning designs for digital, print, and branding projects.
• Develop UI/UX assets for websites, mobile applications, and other platforms.
• Design marketing collaterals such as ads, presentations, and social media graphics.
• AI Integration in Design
• Use AI tools like Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Canva AI, or others to enhance and accelerate design workflows.
• Experiment with AI-generated design concepts and adapt them to project needs.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and share insights with the team.
• Collaboration & Creativity
• Work closely with the marketing, development, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize unique design solutions aligned with project goals.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
• Project Ownership
• Take ownership of projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring timely execution.
• Balance creativity with business needs, delivering designs that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Skills
• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.), Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and creativity.
