Role Description

This is a contract remote role with opportunity for full time for a Motion Graphic Designer at Mosaic CPA. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, video production, and graphic design elements to visually communicate financial concepts. They will work closely with the team to craft visually appealing content that resonates with our audience. As a Graphic Designer / Video Animator / Motion Graphic Designer at MCPC, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling educational videos and reels. You will collaborate with our content team to develop materials that effectively convey business and finance concepts to our audience. Your creativity and technical skills will be key in transforming ideas into engaging visuals that capture attention and enhance understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate high-quality educational videos and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with writers and subject matter experts to understand content needs and objectives.
• Create storyboards, graphics, and animations that align with MCPC’s branding and messaging.
• Edit video content and incorporate voiceovers, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices in video production and motion graphics.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, video animator, or motion graphic designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong understanding of animation principles and video editing techniques.
• Excellent storytelling skills and ability to simplify complex information visually.
• Knowledge of business and finance concepts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹11,256.48 – ₹35,899.20 per month
