Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both graphic design and video editing, with a strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at BitBee Media, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content for various digital marketing campaigns, social media, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Create eye-catching and innovative graphics for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Develop logos, banners, infographics, and other visual assets that align with the client’s branding and marketing goals.
Design engaging social media posts, stories, and ads for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Video Editing:
Edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, and advertisements, ensuring videos are engaging, on-brand, and meet client expectations.
Collaborate with the team to storyboard, conceptualize, and produce videos that convey messages effectively.
Enhance video quality through color grading, audio correction, visual effects, and motion graphics (if necessary).
Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative team, marketing, and project managers to ensure design and video content meets client objectives and project timelines.
Stay updated with current design and video trends to continually enhance your skills and the quality of content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and video work.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing (motion graphics skills a plus).
Solid understanding of design principles, video editing techniques, and best practices.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines, and adapt to client feedback.
Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and video compression is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with After Effects, Illustrator, or other design/video software is a plus.
Experience with social media content creation and strategy.
Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid work environment.
Familiarity with UX/UI design is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,347.22 – ₹15,000.00 per month
