Aspire Digital, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This hybrid role focuses on creating high-quality static, animated, and video content for ad campaigns across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development
- Design visually engaging static and animated ad creatives based on creative briefs.
- Edit raw footage into polished video ads, incorporating animations, transitions, and effects to align with campaign goals.
- Ensure all visuals and videos are optimized for platform-specific requirements (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Collaboration
- Partner with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, and other team members to align visuals with messaging and overall campaign objectives.
- Incorporate client feedback into designs and edits to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative quality.
- Experiment with new styles, techniques, and tools to push creative boundaries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience
- 4+ years of graphic design experience and 3+ years of video editing experience, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
- Knowledge of motion design tools and social media platform requirements for visuals and video ads.
Creative & Soft Skills
- Strong visual storytelling abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Performance of creatives and video ads (e.g., engagement rates, conversions, video completion rates).
- Adherence to project timelines and deliverable deadlines.
- Client and team satisfaction with the quality and creativity of outputs.
