We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials and designing an engaging and user-friendly website to enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Create eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, packaging, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Design and develop a visually appealing, user-friendly website that reflects our brand identity and effectively communicates our products and services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives, and ensure that designs meet brand guidelines and project specifications.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and web design, and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.

Conduct quality checks and ensure that all graphics and web elements are optimized for performance and user experience across different devices and platforms.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications:

1yr or equivalent experience in graphic design, web design, or a related field.

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as web design tools like Adobe XD or Sketch.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Experience with responsive web design knowledge of WordPress

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
