JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer & Web Master

DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Communications

REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer

LOCATION: Remote / Office Location (Downtown Phoenix)

SALARY: $40,000 – $60,000 per year

Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer & Web Master, you’ll play a key role in bringing our visual identity to life across both digital and print platforms. From designing monthly magazine layouts to crafting engaging online content, your creativity will be at the heart of our communications strategy. You’ll also be responsible for managing our WordPress site, creating email newsletters, and collaborating with our marketing team to produce content that resonates with our audience. This is a versatile role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of what engages our readers.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Produce Content: Create visually appealing layouts for our magazine, website, and email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Design Marketing Materials: Develop brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for workshops and events.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing colleagues to develop content that connects with our audience, particularly those navigating midlife transitions.

Manage WordPress Site: Assist with content updates and development on WordPress, ensuring the site is both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

Maintain Style Guide: Evolve and maintain the company’s style guide to ensure consistency across all digital and print materials.

Support Campaigns: Contribute to the creation of assets for various marketing campaigns, including social media and print ads.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a focus on web and magazine design (business-to-business or professional brands a plus).

Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in designing magazine pages, email newsletters, and web content.

Web Development: Strong knowledge of WordPress, basic web development, and familiarity with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact is a plus).

Aesthetic & Functional Balance: Ability to design with both creative flair and a focus on performance-driven design.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, including creating assets for social media and email campaigns.

Versatility: Experience designing both digital and print ads, with the ability to switch between different design mediums.

Physical Demands / Work Environment
