Good Foundations was founded by CEO Jillian Kilby, a dynamic leader, expert facilitator and project manager, experienced Director and Civil Engineer with a passion for regional development. Jillian directs multiple entities to create real and lasting impact, and is seeking a right hand person to join the Good Foundations team and to support her in facilitating workshop delivery. Jillian lives in Newcastle and spends some time each month in regional areas and Sydney.
With 5 iconic buildings in our investment portfolio, and a number of facilitation and project engagements underway, we are hiring to fill an important role as Group Coordinator across multiple areas of our business in this time of sustainable and strategic development.

About The Role
- Work from Home / Cowork.
- Full time hours.
- Opportunity for project related travel within NSW.
- Immediate start available.

- The applicant is ideally based in Newcastle or Sydney.
Role Purpose
- To ensure seamless coordination of day to day operations across multiple group entities.
- To delight the tenants, clients, contractors and stakeholders with our approach.
- To coordinate building and tenant management across all locations under Good Foundations.
- To assist with efficient delivery of facilitated workshops and programs alongside CEO.
- To provide executive administrative support to CEO.
- To manage key project deliverables through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of Good Foundations Operations (Buildings, Tenants, Contractors & Administration). Est. time allocation 2.5 days per week (ramping up)
- Facilitation assistance to CEO on client engagements such as workshop facilitation, change management projects and public speaking engagements. Est. time allocation 1 day per week
- Executive assistant to CEO including administrative and personal support alongside other contracted support staff. Est. time allocation 0.5 day per week
- Project Manager – Resource Development (Existing contract – ending September 2025) providing administrative management and support alongside CEO and subcontractor. Est. time allocation 1 day per week (ramping down)
Salary Information
- Base salary range from $80k – $100K FTE
- Superannuation, device, coworking allowances in addition to base salary
- Based on experience and alignment to our role-based capability framework
- Sales based bonus scheme available
