What will I be doing day to day?
This is a key strategic role in a Group structure, we are looking for an experienced leader who aligns with our values, and loves coaching other leaders to ensure the success of their businesses.
You will actively partner with business leadership to provide coaching and strategic operational support to both existing Group businesses, and those we acquire.
We are a culture of cultures, with each business operating autonomously. You’ll help each company achieve operational excellence by combining its own unique culture with the best practices Omegro brings.
Our Group currently includes the following Business Units (BUs): Holocentric, Centro Assist, Infoview and ValuePRO, and is spread across Australia and New Zealand.
Group size: ~115 employees, including contractors.
In a bit more detail, you will:
- Own the Group strategy and oversee its implementation.
- Support Business Units to develop and execute a differentiated strategy.
- Drive high performance and organic growth to ensure the Business Unit objectives are met for the Group.
- Help Business Unit leadership to test ideas by asking insightful questions and leveraging your knowledge and Omegro best practices.
- Support the integration of acquisitions within the Group.
- Ensure Omegro global strategic objectives are driven through the Group.
- Ensure business risk management is undertaken across the Group.
- Drive initiatives across the Group.
- Ensure a people first culture is embedded and supported across all Business Units.
Although this role is accountable for managing the Group functions and performance, you would also be supported by an international network of professionals in similar roles, providing opportunities for coaching, networking, support, and professional development.

About you
We are looking for a commercially minded professional, who has strong experience in successfully leading and coaching people to achieve operational excellence, whilst modelling our values. The right person must think both strategically and operationally, and be able to coach through change, growth and challenges to achieve the forecasted business goals.
This role is perfect for someone who has a drive for data-based decisions, professional growth, excels in a changing environment, and appreciates the advantages of working within a smaller organisation, supported by a large corporation.
The ability to travel domestically and internationally is important.
What will you bring?
We are looking for a team member that has:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Leader working in a role (e.g. Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Operations, Regional Manager, State Manager, Group Leader etc.) that drives business success through enabling and coaching other leaders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field.
- A thorough understanding of organisational financial management.
- A growth mindset and demonstrated change management experience.
- Highly developed emotional intelligence, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect, be consultative and influential.
- The ability to manage and nurture multiple stakeholders with differing behavioural preferences, whilst exhibiting a high degree of discretion, kindness and empathy.
- Confidence and experience in your ability to partner with leadership teams to align business vision to strategic objectives, data, and results.
