The Group Product Manager plays a pivotal role in steering high-impact projects that align with our strategic objectives. This position is responsible for overseeing the user value stream that supports growth initiatives, including the generation of Annual Recurring Revenue, as well as scale projects focused on automating manual tasks and enhancing internal infrastructure to facilitate growth. Additionally, the Group Product Manager will lead and mentor a small team of product managers, fostering collaboration and driving their professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritizes initiatives driving growth and enhancing ARR.
- Manage and guide product managers to ensure effective execution of product initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate product ideas and requirements, ensuring clear communication for high-impact projects.
- A strong interest and aptitude for working with regulations, data analysis, and logical problem-solving are essential to ensure 100% accuracy in communicating requirements to developers.
- Create current and target state flow diagrams for user journeys, business processes, and data flows.
- Lead user journey mapping and data flow analysis, conducting customer meetings to gather insights on user needs.
- Create and manage a KPI dashboard to monitor product performance and user engagement, delivering business value through successful execution.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management, with 4+ years in a leadership role in a growth-stage company.
- Strong background in SaaS product development; experience in regulatory compliance, financial technologies, accounting, or other environments requiring 100% accuracy.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on logical insights.
