What You’ll Do

As a Growth Consultant at Emarsys, you will drive revenue growth within our existing

business portfolio by expanding client partnerships through upselling and cross-

selling our innovative technology solutions. You’ll take ownership of strategic group

expansions, working with organizations connected horizontally or vertically to our

existing customers, ensuring seamless integration and growth.

Collaborating closely with Client Success Managers, you’ll identify opportunities,

develop a robust pipeline, and navigate strategic sales processes. Your ability to

present the value of Emarsys solutions to senior stakeholders will be key to helping

clients achieve their marketing goals while meeting or exceeding your productivity

and revenue targets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Client Success Managers to uncover upselling and cross-
  • selling opportunities.
  • Developing tailored, value-driven sales proposals and managing the entire
  • sales lifecycle, including contract negotiations.
  • Leveraging your knowledge of Emarsys solutions and digital marketing best
  • practices to deliver impactful recommendations that align with customer
  • objectives.
  • Building a sustained pipeline for group expansions, ensuring Emarsys
  • becomes an integral part of client organizations.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in software sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a strong ability to
  • upsell and cross-sell.
  • Experience in overlay sales and collaborative roles.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills (written and
  • verbal).
  • Technological aptitude, including the ability to deliver product demonstrations
  • and discuss technical topics like data integration or XML APIs.
