What You’ll Do

• Design and manage the outreach system: Oversee all forms of outreach, including email, cold calls, direct mail, and more (no cold calling yourself).
• Lead a team: Manage setters and assistants, ensuring top-notch performance.
• Communicate results and bring new ideas for growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in cold outreach (setting, cold calling, email outreach etc)
• Exceptional communication skills.
• The ability to think, act, and adapt quickly.
• An intrinsic drive to push boundaries and achieve greatness.
