We are looking for a marketing leader who is passionate about transforming how brands achieve press coverage and ensuring success at every stage of the customer journey. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in B2B marketing and has a proven track record of building and executing comprehensive growth strategies from the ground up. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Existing Marketing Channels: Manage and optimize our current lead generation efforts (primarily cold email, calling, voicemail, and LinkedIn), working closely with our vendor partners to enhance these channels and drive results
- Implement New Marketing Channels: Identify, prioritize, and roll out new marketing channels to increase MQLs for the sales team, including digital ads (social, display, retargeting), inbound marketing (PR, SEO, web referrals, social media), and strategic partnerships
- Optimize Lead Capture: Enhance lead capture mechanisms across the website and other platforms, utilizing strategies like site form fills, live chat, email capture, and webinars to maximize conversion rates
- Develop Performance Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive ROI, including optimizing ad campaigns, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization efforts
- Leverage Marketing Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure that marketing initiatives are driving profitable customer acquisition. Use insights from analytics tools to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Align Sales and Marketing: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives, optimizing the customer journey from awareness through to conversion
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and impact
- Drive Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and execution of content strategies that drive engagement and conversion, including SEO, blog content, and social media outreach
Requirements
- Experienced Growth Marketer: 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B/SaaS growth; startup experience highly preferred. We are looking for someone who has successfully built a marketing stack from the ground up in a startup environment
- Data-Driven Strategist: You have an expert-level understanding of lead generation, lead capture, and performance marketing techniques, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Innovative and Analytical: Strong analytical skills paired with creativity, allowing you to develop innovative marketing strategies that are both effective and scalable
- Tech-Savvy Marketer: Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive), and marketing automation platforms
- Strong Project Manager: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and have excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Passionate and Positive: You bring infectious enthusiasm, a drive for excellence, and a positive attitude that energizes those around you
Benefits
Position: Growth Marketer
Salary Range: $3000 – $6000 USD
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Payment Frequency: Monthly
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Perks: 15 days of PTO plus 6 paid US holidays (which do not count against PTO days)
