The Role – Part time or Full time
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth through SEO, SEM, and website optimisation across our group of allied health organisations. You’ll develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and engage both B2B and B2C clients, leveraging digital channels to increase leads, improve conversions, and meet business targets.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, test and manage SEM and digital marketing campaigns 
• Leverage SEO strategies to enhance online visibility 
• Optimise website performance to boost conversion rates 
• Analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, PowerBI, or similar tools, and provide data-driven insights 
• Collaborate on CRM strategies, with experience in Hubspot being a plus 
• Drive lead generation and growth across multiple channels, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve KPIs 
• Maintain a consistent and strong brand identity across all marketing channels 
• Working within the existing Marketing team to develop cohesive and integrated strategies to achieve business outcomes 

What You Bring: 

✅5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising 

✅Proven expertise in website optimisation, including hands-on experience using WordPress 

✅Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data to guide decision-making 

✅Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a results-focused approach 

✅Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot is an advantage)
