We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with experience in B2B SaaS, tech consulting, or enterprise solutions—ideally from fast-paced companies—who is adaptable to startup or scale-up environments. As a Growth Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities are:

• Study the market: analyze market trends, perform data-driven analysis, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase effectiveness.
• Campaign design and execution: create impactful marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative and copy teams. Set up full funnel campaigns, track and map the consumer journey to conversion, and provide input into creative development for digital marketing.
• Global Reach: lead initiatives expanding marketing efforts across global markets (US, UK, Netherlands, etc.), managing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google. Adapt strategies for various international channels and attribution technologies.
• Reporting and KPIs: regularly report on KPIs, manage budgets, and forecast performance targets. Utilize analytics tools to build dashboards, track performance, and improve conversion metrics.
• Audience Insights and Innovation: manage the testing roadmap across channels, derive insights from audience and customer behavior, and share marketing campaign insights to foster continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:

• Analytical and commercial mindset
• 4 – 7 years experience within both agency and industry* 
• Experience with Google Ads and paid marketing “tools of the trade”
• Experience of managing SEM budgets
• Experience with analysing, reporting on and improving channel performance
• Strong knowledge of the “technical” side of digital marketing: server-side conversion APIs, attribution models, offline conversion tracking, etc.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau or another other BI tool
• Knowledge of other paid media channels, such as GDN, LinkedIn, or affiliates, is a nice bonus, not a requirement

* We believe in the quality of skills rather than the quantity of years in a certain position. Therefore, we are open to candidates with limited experience, however – with excellent skills in marketing.

Skills: 

• Strong performance marketing experience with hands-on experience
• Good knowledge of SEO & PPC and keyword search
• Analytic and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website design, content management, and social media.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and experience using them to optimise digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Experience of working with 3rd parties and developing successful working relationships
