We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in driving growth through SEO, paid media, and video funnel optimization.

Position Overview

As a Growth Marketing Coordinator, you will directly support our growth initiatives by analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and implementing strategies across SEO, paid media, and video funnels. This hands-on role requires an analytical thinker with strong digital marketing skills who can leverage data to optimize performance and maximize ROI. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, Sales & Partnerships to identify opportunities for growth, execute campaigns, and ensure data-driven decisions are at the forefront of our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and implement link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings. Track and analyze SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Paid Media Management: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition.
  • Video Funnel Optimization: Support the creation, analysis, and optimization of video funnels to improve user engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Use A/B testing and data insights to refine video content and funnel steps.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights to guide marketing strategy and tactical decisions.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to improve website and landing page performance. Analyze user behavior data and make recommendations for improvements that drive conversions.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, monitor competitors, and uncover opportunities for growth. Share findings and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the VP and other team members to align growth initiatives with business goals and optimize marketing efforts based on analytical insights.

Hard Skills & Qualifications

  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • SEO Expertise: Proven experience in SEO, with knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and performance tracking using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Paid Media Experience: Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram. Familiarity with bidding strategies, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
  • Video Funnel Knowledge: Understanding of video marketing and funnel optimization, with experience using tools like YouTube Analytics, Wistia, or Vimeo for video content performance tracking.
  • CRO Skills: Familiarity with CRO principles and tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Hotjar to analyze user behavior and enhance conversion rates.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or growth-focused role, with hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, and data analysis.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus but not required.
