About The Role

As the Growth Marketing Manager specializing in Paid Search, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of our paid search campaigns across leading platforms like Google and Microsoft. Your role extends beyond mere campaign management; you’ll harness insights to inform and enrich our organic search endeavors. Collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing team, you’ll measure campaign performance, diligently track media budgets, devise channel strategies based on revenue growth priorities and experimentation, and foster cross-functional collaboration with creative, digital product, merchandising, and e-commerce teams. Success in this position hinges on your ability to seamlessly transition between data analysis, continual optimization, and the generation of actionable consumer insights.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing search channels, ideally within retail or e-commerce domains. In this pivotal role, you’ll allocate a significant portion of our media budget and play a key role in shaping our performance marketing strategy through deep consumer understanding, propelling our growth trajectory forward.

Key Responsibilities

Devise, implement, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant paid search platforms.

Manage multi-million dollar budgets, with a sharp focus on maximizing marginal returns through revenue and cost analysis.

Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and improvement opportunities, effectively communicating findings to the broader team.

Keep abreast of competitors’ activities in the FSA & HSA space, discerning their potential impact on our performance.

Ensure campaign compliance with industry and search engine guidelines, staying updated on the latest trends and best practices to drive effective implementation.

Research and contribute insights for our transition to an AI-driven search ecosystem.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google AdWords; experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Gemini) is advantageous.

Fundamental understanding of performance marketing and marketing analytics.

Proficiency in analyzing and deriving meaningful insights from extensive datasets, leveraging tools like Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research tools, and best practices in landing page optimization.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing complex campaigns concurrently across multiple ad channels.

Nice to have: Experience with 3rd party tools and analytics such as Mixed Media Modeling Partners.

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000-80,000

Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
