About The Role
As a Product Marketer at Seeking Alpha, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for the company by focusing on how we can effectively convert our free traffic into high-value subscribers. You will have end-to-end ownership over a critical part of our subscriber funnel, including the experimentation strategy, paywalls, messaging, and conversion flows. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey using experimentation and working with a team of talented engineers, analysts, and designers. We’re looking for someone to partner and collaborate across various internal teams, develop a deep understanding of our customers and funnels, be data and growth-oriented, and move key metrics.
The applicable salary range for this position is $110,000/yr to $130,000/yr which depends on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the communication of Seeking Alpha’s products to users with a focus on driving paid subscriptions.
- Constantly initiate experimentation to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Plan, execute and analyze on-site campaigns for product and feature launches.
- Partner cross-functionally with the design, development, and data teams to execute your initiatives while maintaining an organized work process.
- Be super data-driven while being responsive to user feedback.
- Work directly with BI and Tech to grow ARR. Including writing specs, analyzing data, and project management within the teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience doing subscription marketing and A/B Testing
- A strong background in investing/equity markets- a must
- Outstanding product management skills, including spec writing, mockups, and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented, along with a precise and clear communication style
- A highly collaborative, teamÂ-oriented individual who is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projects.
