What We Are Looking For: We’re looking for a hands-on and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record across the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is analytical, a problem-solver, and a critical thinker who thrives in managing complex projects and driving measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams, support eCommerce initiatives, and manage multi-channel campaigns to contribute to our company’s growth goals.
What You Will Do:
● Channel Management & Execution: Manage and execute marketing strategies with hands-on experience in at least two of the following channels: (Affiliate Marketing, Google Ads, Paid Social, TV, Direct Mail).
● Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance across channels, conducting rigorous testing to uncover insights and making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
● Media Operations Oversight: Manage daily media operations with performance agencies. Ensure campaigns align with our marketing calendar and growth objectives.
● Creative Collaboration: Partner with agencies to develop and activate creative assets for online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance marketing goals.
● eCommerce Collaboration: Work with internal developers and external partners to enhance the eCommerce experience, improve conversion rates, and support online growth initiatives.
● Testing & Experimentation: Develop and implement testing strategies to validate campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing and creative iterations.
● Leadership & Project Management: Act as a utility player to lead cross-functional projects, resolve ambiguity, and prioritize high-impact activities. Drive swift progress on initiatives that support company growth goals.
● Strategic Reporting: Deliver actionable insights from key metrics and campaign results, presenting clear recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and strategic growth.
Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences, and Skills:
● Experience: 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing with expertise in at least two of the above channels. Proven results in driving measurable impact across the marketing funnel.
● Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate insights into actionable strategies.
● Test-and-Learn Mindset: Passion for experimentation and optimization to drive scale and continuous improvement.
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled in managing and influencing cross-functional teams and agency teams, to deliver quality campaigns that meet objectives, and are delivered on-time and within budget.
● Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex projects and keep initiatives on track in a fast-paced environment.
● Creative & Media Expertise: Experience managing creative development and media activations across digital and traditional platforms.
● ECommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and strategies for optimizing user experience and driving conversions.
● Growth Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
