As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and thought leadership.

Role Overview

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing and growth strategies. This role blends content creation, social media management, influencer outreach, sponsorships, and data-driven advertising to help Tightly stand out. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to create compelling campaigns and position Tightly as the go-to solution for e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing & Social Media:

• Write and publish engaging blog posts, long-form content, and thought leadership articles.

• Manage and grow Tightly’s social media presence, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, with engaging campaigns and creative storytelling.

• Build relationships with influencers and YouTube channels for sponsorship opportunities to expand brand reach.

• Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

Email Marketing & Outreach:

• Design and create compelling email campaigns using HubSpot and Brevo to nurture leads and engage customers.

• Optimize email content for high conversion rates and track campaign performance.

Advertising & Sponsorships:

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Shopify to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and conversion rates.

Product Marketing & Collaboration:

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to define KPIs, develop insights, and improve conversion rates for GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies.

• Create marketing assets that highlight the value of Tightly’s automation and AI-powered features.

Partnerships & Thought Leadership:

• Arrange speaking opportunities for the CEO/CTO (e.g., TED Talks or industry conferences) to position them as industry leaders.

• Build relationships with content syndication platforms and industry media to increase reach.

Campaign Analysis & Strategy:

• Analyze campaign data to refine strategies, measure ROI, and report on key metrics.

• Align all campaigns with overall business goals, focusing on lead generation and engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media strategy, and influencer outreach.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to adapt to different platforms and audiences.

• Experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Shopify, and social media ads.

• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Brevo) and design platforms like Figma.

• A strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance tracking.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech marketing.

• Familiarity with Shopify and its ecosystem.

• A track record of successful influencer collaborations and sponsorships.
