Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance SEM strategies across Google Search, Apple Search Ads, and Bing to foster growth on both Web and iOS platforms.
- Develop and scale effective Web search campaigns through advanced keyword optimization, audience segmentation, and bid management to increase conversions and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Elevate Apple Search Ads performance by implementing App Store Optimization (ASO) best practices to enhance visibility, boost app installs, and maximize conversion rates on iOS.
- Conduct comprehensive A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to refine performance and drive key metrics including installs, registrations, trial sign-ups, and paid subscriptions.
- Analyze and adjust campaign performance, utilizing data insights to optimize budget allocation and expand successful strategies across Web and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to align SEM efforts with overarching business goals and integrate search campaigns into the overall growth strategy.
- Explore innovative and non-traditional approaches to paid search marketing, seeking out new avenues for user acquisition and growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, search engine updates, and emerging best practices to maintain competitive and effective campaigns.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SEM, showcasing a proven ability to optimize and scale performance-driven search campaigns for Web and iOS platforms.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and data visualization platforms (e.g., AWS Insights, Adjust, Looker, Tableau).
- Demonstrated success in scaling high-budget campaigns while enhancing efficiency and lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and employing data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating across teams and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, driven by a passion for continuous experimentation, innovation, and optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and swiftly pivot based on market trends and performance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in SEM and digital marketing, particularly within the digital subscription or wellness sectors is advantageous; a strong interest in yoga and wellness is highly regarded.

Compensation And Benefits
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Fully remote for candidates based in California, Arkansas, Minnesota, Florida, Tennessee, or Texas.
- Compensation: (85,000 – )100,000/year + equity options.
- Some travel may be required for in-person collaboration.
