Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead and refine SEM strategies on platforms such as Google Search, Apple Search Ads, and Bing, with a focus on growth for Web and iOS channels.
- Develop and amplify highly effective Web search campaigns utilizing advanced keyword optimization, bid management, and audience segmentation to increase conversions and enhance return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Scale Apple Search Ads performance by implementing App Store Optimization (ASO) best practices to enhance visibility, drive app installs, and maximize conversion rates on iOS.
- Conduct comprehensive A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to boost performance metrics, including installs, registrations, trial sign-ups, and paid subscriptions.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, utilizing data insights for budget allocation and scaling successful strategies across Web and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment between SEM initiatives and broader organizational objectives.
- Explore and experiment with creative and unconventional methods in paid search marketing to discover new user acquisition opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine updates, and emerging best practices to maintain competitive and effective campaigns.
Required Skills
- Over 4 years of practical experience in SEM, with a demonstrated ability to enhance and scale performance-driven search campaigns for both Web and iOS.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and data visualization platforms (e.g., AWS Insights, Adjust, Looker, Tableau).
- Knowledgeable in attribution models and their implications on performance marketing, including last-click attribution for accurate campaign performance analysis.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for working across teams and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- A growth-oriented mindset, motivated by continuous experimentation, innovation, and optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting swiftly to market trends and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEM with a focus on driving growth strategies.
- Proven success in managing high-budget campaigns while achieving efficiency and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Experience in digital subscription or wellness-oriented industries is beneficial; a passion for wellness and yoga is highly regarded.

- Fully remote position available for candidates in California, Arkansas, Minnesota, Florida, Tennessee, or Texas.
- Competitive salary range: (85,000 – )100,000/year plus equity.
