Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our growth marketing efforts. This role will be critical in driving our online presence, enhancing our digital marketing strategies, and ensuring we achieve our growth targets through effective marketing tactics, analytics and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
- Optimizing website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Building and managing backlinks and off-page SEO strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Performing technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Conducting A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our PPC strategies are cutting-edge.
Social Media Advertising:
- Developing and executing paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Creating and managing ad campaigns that target specific audience segments to drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize social media ad spend.
- Collaborating with the social media manager to ensure alignment with overall social media strategy.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilizing analytics tools to track and report on the performance of all performance marketing activities.
- Generating insights from data to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts.
- Providing regular reports to senior management on key performance metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
HubSpot Administration and CMS Development:
- Managing HubSpot as the central marketing engine, ensuring optimal use of its tools and features.
- Creating and managing workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes within HubSpot.
- Developing and maintaining the company website using HubSpot CMS, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Managing contacts and leads generated from advertising campaigns, tradeshows, and other marketing activities, ensuring they are effectively nurtured and tracked within HubSpot.
- Analyzing HubSpot data to measure campaign performance and improve marketing strategies.
- Training team members on best practices for using HubSpot and maintaining data integrity within the platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Working closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
- Coordinating with external agencies and vendors as needed to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly in SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media advertising platforms.
- Extensive experience in HubSpot administration, including CMS website development and lead management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
