We’re seeking experienced professionals who have worked with reputed companies in industries such as retail & e-commerce, real estate, automotives, travel & hospitality and healthcare. Your background could be in sales/marketing roles within these companies or in advertising/marketing agencies serving this clientele.
As our Growth Partner, you will leverage your network to identify potential clients for our WhatsApp, email, SMS, and QR Code marketing solutions. As a 360° martech company, our USP lies in providing all communication solutions, along with a suite of powerful martech tools, on a single platform. This enables companies to streamline data and uncover hidden revenue growth opportunities. We support our clients throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation and nurturing to customer relationship & loyalty management, for both online and offline buyer journeys.

Note: This is a commission-based role with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Tap into your network of clients and partners to identify potential customers for our solutions
- Initiate conversations to gauge interest and set up demo calls with the XIRCLS team
- Engage in discussions to overcome objections, identify custom requirements etc.
- Be involved in price negotiation and deal closing (if required)
- Regularly follow up to assess performance & client satisfaction, address issues, secure renewalsÂ
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving revenue, sealing deals, and building a substantial business pipeline in your field/s of expertise
- Exceptional relationships with key decision-makers in fast-growing or established companies, either domestically or internationally
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong collaborations with clients and agencies
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering superior client experiences
- Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Integrity and honesty in all business dealings
