Job Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Growth Product Manager who is enthusiastic about propelling growth in a fast-paced environment. This pivotal role focuses on augmenting subscription revenue within a thriving, real estate technology startup. The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in product adoption and the ability to coordinate efforts across various teams to meet growth objectives. By collaborating with marketing, product marketing, and customer service teams, you will be instrumental in driving product utilization and achieving subscription revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Subscription Growth: Take charge of strategies aimed at enhancing product adoption and customer retention to boost subscription revenue.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution of campaigns.
- Leverage Data and Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine strategies to align with growth targets.
- Enhance User Experience: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process and provide continuous support for product users while optimizing engagement.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as a critical link between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer insights drive product enhancements.
- Documentation: Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and maintain records of key decisions from cross-functional meetings to support accountability and project tracking.
Required Skills
- 4-5 years of product management experience, particularly with a focus on product creation and subscription targets.
- Demonstrated success in a real estate-focused startup environment.
- Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of growth initiatives.
- Strong comprehension of subscription revenue models, growth metrics, and strategies for driving product adoption.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, especially in remote or hybrid work contexts.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of relevant product management experience.
- Proven track record in a startup environment, particularly in relation to real estate products.
