Role Overview:
As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll own the full growth cycle, from user acquisition to retention and product enhancements. You’ll work at the intersection of product and marketing, using data-driven insights to scale our app exponentially. This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the next phase of growth for our platform as we expand to new markets and aim for exponential growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition & Growth: Design and implement strategies to acquire new users through paid channels, organic growth, and partnerships. Test new acquisition channels and funnels.
- Product Optimization: Collaborate with the product and development teams to enhance the in-app experience and improve user retention. Continuously optimize the onboarding process and feature set.
- Funnel Management: Own the full user lifecycle, from awareness to acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. Identify opportunities to improve each stage of the funnel.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage data insights to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and run A/B tests to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across growth initiatives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and execute strategies to expand the app into new markets, including localization, partnerships, and targeted marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both product management and growth marketing, ideally within the app or digital product space.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing channels (e.g., paid ads, SEO, content marketing) and user acquisition strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with developers, marketers, and designers.
- Experience with subscription models, app installations, and optimizing user experiences.
- A track record of successfully scaling products or platforms.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with international or multi-market expansion.
- Background in the education or language-learning sector.
- Familiarity with neurobiology or cognitive science (preferred, but not required).
