What You’ll Do:

• Focus on new business development and sign new clients
• Manage and grow the accounts you land
• Secure new GTM, Product, and Engineering vacancies
• Hand off roles to the delivery team to find top talent
• Collaborate with the delivery team to fill roles
• And most importantly… get paid!

Who We’re Looking For:

• An intrapreneur with a Mamba mentality—ambitious, relentless, and ready to lead.
• Strong background in GTM or Tech recruitment, ideally working with SaaS vendors in recruitment
• Successful, results-driven new business development and account management within recruitment
• Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
