Due to continued fast growth, we are seeking an experienced customer support agent to support in guest communications and management. The role will include communicating directly with guests and completing admin tasks to help with day to day operations, working alongside the team leader and the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to manage and prioritise a range of tasks.
– Excellent time management across a range of activities.
– Good computer skills and experience using web-based applications (preferably experience in using a CRM).
– Reliable and fast internet connection.
– An eye for detail.
– An absolute commitment to quality.
– The ability to work in a self-managed way as well as working well within a team.
– Excellent telephone manner.
– Ability to accept and execute tasks with the need for follow up.
– An individual who is hardworking, flexible, reliable and trustworthy.
– Minimum 1 year experience in customer support required.
Preferred:
– Experience using online travel agencies (OTAs)
– Experience using channel managers (Preferably Tokeet)
– Experience using Stripe preferred.
Salary £750/month.
Hours – 37.5 per week
Availability to work on weekends
Operation hours 9AM-10PM daily.
