Overview

Ultimate Driving Tours (Soon to be HunterMoss Luxury Journeys) is a boutique luxury travel company dedicated to providing extraordinary experiences around the globe, for discerning guests from around the world. We curate small group tours and bespoke travel journeys that embody luxury, exclusivity, and impeccable service from beginning to end.

We are seeking a passionate, people and service oriented person to join our dynamic international team as a Guest Experience Manager. In this role you will work with the wider concierge team to assist confirmed guests in finalising their travel plans and curating their upcoming journey in the lead up to their departure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and preferably an interest in working in the travel, tourism and/or luxury sector. If you are a detailed, organised and efficient problem solver who excels at multitasking, then we are looking for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the experience of guests in the lead up to their journey
• Creating contracts and other administrative documentation for guests
• Invoicing and reconciling payments
• Collating and updating important information for our guest database
• Supporting our Travel Concierge (Sales) team, including assisting with inbound sales enquiries
• Working across multiple software programs including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Xero, Active Campaign, Stripe, and other online programs
• General wider business administration tasks

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in customer service-based roles
• A high emotional intelligence, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate with the wider team
• Capabilities to develop new and adapt existing systems and processes within a business
• Proficiency in core software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), as well as being tech-savvy and adaptable to software that may be new to you (Active Campaign, PandaDoc, Xero, Trello and more)
• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting would be highly regarded, as would soft sales experience or travel/luxury services or products experience
