Job Description

– Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
– Anticipate and address guest needs and preferences.
– Build rapport with guests and create a personalized experience.
– Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
– Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
– Assist with special requests and arrangements, such as room upgrades or dining reservations.
– Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
– Prepare guest correspondence and documentation as needed.
– Assist with check-in and check-out procedures if required.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
– Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
– Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
– Contribute to the overall success of the guest relations team.

Qualifications

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Positive and outgoing personality
– Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
– Knowledge of local attractions and activities
– Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
