About The Opportunity

A Product Manager empowers application teams to efficiently deliver high-quality products that address current and future requirements. They leverage market insight and thought leadership to fuel the product roadmap and deliver outstanding features that meet the needs of our clients all over the world.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of new and innovative features that solve the complex business problems organizations face today. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, Developers, Quality Analysts, and Technical Writers throughout the agile development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and well-engineered.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Drive forward Core Human Resources (HR) initiatives with passion and enthusiasm
• Serve as the voice of the user in conversations with design, tech, and business partners
• Drive discussions with customers, users, and developers on the execution of product intent
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog
• Identify, prioritize, and execute against both the backlog and roadmap using a data-driven approach
• Manage the risk of poorly developed software by ensuring the team is focused on building the right product for the right user at the right time
• Operate effectively and independently in an uncertain environment
• Motivate and inspire colleagues without direct authority

Skills And Experience We Value

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years’ experience with Agile / SCRUM product management methodologies
• Experience with HR functions within the HCM (Human Capital Management) space
• A highly organized, disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration within an agile development team
• A user-centric focus with an understanding of accessibility and UX
• A history of successful management of cross-functional projects
• Experience writing user stories, doing user research, and decomposing technical projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional self-awareness and influencing skills
• Dedication to learning and mastering new concepts
