We’re looking for a Senior Ad Operations Manager to join our team and take charge of our 100% Fill Ad Product, driving campaign success, optimizing ad performance, and helping scale our operations to new heights. About the Role
As our Senior Ad Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end ad operations workflow, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering outstanding results. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance, tackle challenges, and drive revenue. With our 100%Fill SSP, you will be running our ad operations team and helping publishers and content owners monetize their inventory effectively.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management:
– Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across various platforms to ensure performance goals are met.
– Work with clients to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure campaigns launch on time.
Troubleshooting & Optimization:
– Identify and resolve discrepancies between ad servers and reporting platforms.
– Troubleshoot technical issues with creatives, tags, or tracking to minimize downtime and maximize campaign efficiency.
Ad Server Expertise:
– Leverage your knowledge of ad servers (Adtelligent, Indicue, Publica) to manage inventory, pacing, and performance.
– Implement best practices for ad trafficking, tag management, and data reporting.
Collaboration:
– Work with sales, client services and tech teams to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
– Provide feedback to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting & Insights:
– Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
– Analyze data trends to recommend strategies that drive revenue and campaign success.
– Process Improvement:
– Build and refine workflows for ad trafficking, quality assurance, and inventory management.
– Stay informed of industry trends and propose innovative solutions for growth.
What You’ll Need
Experience:
– 5–8 years in ad operations; CTV experience is preferred.
– Hands-on experience with CTV ad servers – required Springserve and Publica, Adtelligent and Indicue preferred.
– Familiarity with programmatic ecosystems, like DSPs, SSPs and ad networks.
– Strong understanding of trafficking, discrepancy management, and campaign optimization.
– Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
– A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and growth.

Compensation
Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience).
