About the Role

– We are looking for a qualified Head of Business to join our established team at GEMS Education, Dubai, starting as soon as possible (flexible start October/January to accommodate the right candidate) .
– The post holder will lead, manage, and be accountable for the quality of school’s curriculum provision.

– B.Ed or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
– Proven experience of teaching Business up to KS5
– To lead, manage, co-ordinate, maintain, develop, monitor and evaluate the school’s curriculum provision in the relevant subject area
– The ability to share your outstanding practice
– A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
– Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
– A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning
– An aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
