ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) as the Head of Content Strategy & Production. In this critical role, you will set and drive the content strategy, ensuring our communications are engaging, personalised, and proactive. You will lead a talented team to transform our publishing platforms and optimise content production processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and manage an organisational-wide content strategy
- Transform our publishing platforms into highly engaging channels
- Evaluate and establish new multi-channel content opportunities
- Optimise content production processes for relevance and engagement
- Support the GM of Content and Publishing to influence organisational change
- Develop a positive and proactive team environment
- Build strong relationships with team leaders to support cross-functional ways of working.
ABOUT YOU
You are a seasoned content strategist with over 10 years of experience leading a team and  producing engaging content across various mediums. You have a proven track record of developing effective teams and implementing enterprise-wide content strategies. Your excellent project management skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and creative thinking will be key to your success in this role.
