The Role

In the role of Head of Digital Analytics, you will be instrumental in guiding digital analytics, implementing key analytics tools, leading strategic projects, and working closely with experts across various fields to deliver tailored solutions.

• Setting up and managing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for clients, with a focus on features like Consent Mode and Enhanced Conversions.
• Partnering with clients to understand their goals and aligning analytics solutions accordingly
• Building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and regular project updates
• Leading server-side tagging migrations and visualising key performance metrics through dashboard creation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, impactful analytics solutions

Your Experience

• Proven experience with GA4 and GTM, including server-side Tag Manager setups
• Strong grounding in digital analytics practices and principles
• Familiar with BigQuery for data exports and Cloud Run for server-side setups
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Effective communication skills to translate technical details into actionable insights
• Bonus points if you have experience using SQL and JavaScript
