    • Lead a passionate team committed to delivering person-centred disability services while driving innovation and service growth.
    • Foster an inclusive, positive team culture that champions excellence and client engagement.
    • Full-time, permanent role located in Southwest Sydney, with flexibility to work from home one day a week.

    Impact of the Organisation

An established, community-focused organisation that has empowered individuals and strengthened the resilience of Sydney’s Southwest for more than five decades. What began as a local initiative for social development has grown into a diverse not-for-profit with a dedicated team representing over 17 cultural backgrounds, providing vital services in community development, children and families, and disability support.

Guided by values of respect, honesty, growth, and empowerment, the organisation is committed to addressing social and economic challenges, creating equal opportunities for all in the community to thrive and live a meaningful life.

The Impact You Will Make in the Role

With a focus on continuous improvement, NDIS compliance and practice standards, and stakeholder engagement, you will play a crucial role in expanding our service offerings and enhancing our influence within the broader community.

    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field in community services.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience within disability or community services, with the ability to effectively lead people and teams through changing environments.
    • Advanced knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators with an understanding of, and commitment to, person-centred practice and active support.
    • Proven commercial and financial acumen and experience managing budgets and overseeing rostering.
    • A growth-oriented and strategic mindset, demonstrating innovation and creativity in problem-solving.
    • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing projects and deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to supporting diverse communities.
    • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

If you’re ready to lead with purpose and make a tangible difference in the lives of people with disabilities, apply now to join a team dedicated to empowering communities in Southwest Sydney. Upload your resume and cover letter detailing your suitability and interest in the position.
