WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Kinode is pioneering the future of permissionless computing and decentralized application development with our innovative Web3 operating system. We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and drive user acquisition within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, a proven track record in strategic marketing leadership, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Kinode’s mission to blend blockchain benefits with off-chain efficiency, enhancing brand awareness and driving user engagement.

• Brand Development: Shape and maintain Kinode’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels to position Kinode as the leading Web3 operating system.

• Content Strategy and Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, tutorials, and social media updates, to educate and engage the developer community and broader audience.

• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant community by organizing events, webinars, and discussions that highlight Kinode’s key features, such as blockchain integration, peer-to-peer networking, and privacy-focused design.

• Partnership and Ecosystem Growth: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand Kinode’s ecosystem, promoting tools like Kit, Valet, DartFrog, and MemeDeck.

• Performance Analysis: Set key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign effectiveness, and utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.

• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration to achieve marketing objectives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with Kinode’s technological advancements and business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Extensive experience in marketing leadership roles within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industries.

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and user acquisition.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and community management.

• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
