Initially this will be a 6 month contract with the scope to go full time after our seed funding round. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a broad and hands-on marketing background, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Neuropool’s brand visibility, attracting both neurodivergent talent and forward-thinking employers, and promoting our mission of neurodiversity in the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Neuropool’s goals and mission. This includes brand positioning, market research, and competitive analysis. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, and case studies. Ensure all content reflects Neuropool’s commitment to neurodiversity. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and media outlets that align with our mission. Develop co-marketing initiatives to amplify our reach. Community Engagement: Engage with the neurodivergent community and employers through events, webinars, and online forums. Act as a brand ambassador for Neuropool, promoting our values and services. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Use insights to refine strategies and achieve better outcomes. Team Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals and freelancers. Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and alignment with Neuropool’s objectives. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a startup environment. Experience with neurodiversity or inclusion initiatives is a plus. Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and analytics. Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media management tools). Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
