    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy and Vision:

    • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company overall mission and objectives.
    • Identify key customer problems and opportunities in the contact center automation domain; prioritize initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

    Product Development and Execution:

    • Lead a team of product managers to translate the product vision into actionable product requirements, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and design teams.
    • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to launch, optimization, and iteration.
    • Ensure the use of best practices in agile development, leveraging metrics to monitor progress and improve performance.

    Market Analysis and Customer Insights:

    • Conduct regular market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to inform product decisions and ensure our platform remains highly differentiated.
    • Champion the voice of the customer, working with user research and customer success teams to understand customer pain points and refine product direction accordingly.

    AI/ML/NLP Product Leadership:

    • Drive the development of AI-driven features, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML) models, and real-time analytics, to enhance the platform’s automation and personalization capabilities.
    • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure that AI/ML models are effectively integrated into the product, balancing innovation with practical application and usability.

    Go-To-Market and Product Marketing Alignment:

    • Partner with GTM and Product Marketing teams to develop effective positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that clearly articulate our products value propositions.
    • Develop and execute product launches that drive user adoption, engage stakeholders, and maximize customer acquisition and retention.

    Stakeholder and Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, providing updates on product strategy, roadmap, and performance.
    • Foster strong relationships with partners, sales, customer success, and operations teams to drive alignment on priorities, enable successful rollouts, and optimize the customer journey.

    Performance and Success Metrics:

    • Define key success metrics and KPIs for each stage of the product lifecycle; use data to make informed decisions and refine product strategy.
    • Continuously evaluate product performance, utilizing analytics and feedback to drive feature improvements and ensure the product meets or exceeds customer expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 10 to 15 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years leading platform products focused on AI/ML/NLP.
    • Domain Expertise: Proven experience in building and scaling products in customer experience space or conversational AI space is highly preferred.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and real-time data analytics; experience collaborating with data science teams to develop and launch data-driven features.
    • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring product teams, with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of developing successful product strategies that align with business goals.
    • GTM and Product Marketing Collaboration: Significant experience partnering with marketing teams to develop and execute GTM strategies, launch plans, and customer engagement initiatives.
    • Analytical and Data-Driven: Proficiency in using data analytics to drive product decisions and measure impact, with a solid understanding of relevant KPIs and metrics.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
