Job description
The position is preferably open in Paris / Toulouse / Madrid any other location will be evaluated.
Role Overview
As the Head of Publisher Management, you will manage and optimize our publisher portfolio globally while also taking charge of growing relationships with digital publishers, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional client experience on our platform. You’ll lead our adtech initiatives, including programmatic and media buying strategies, working alongside the team to maximize advertiser results in sponsored content, display, video ad formats, and more. This strategic role supports advertisers in meeting branded content and SEO goals, with a deep focus on innovative media buying techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Publisher Relations & Portfolio Development: Proactively develop Getfluence’s catalogue of publishers by prospecting and negotiating attractive offers for our advertisers, bringing on influential media and establishing valuable partnerships.
Media Buying Strategy: Define and execute media buying strategies tailored to different markets, focusing on SEO performance across articles and other formats.
Publisher Support: Guide publishers in the use of our platform, supporting them through registration, order tracking, and payout.
Campaign Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Sales team, helping to select relevant media for campaigns and continually optimize campaign offers and formats based on publisher performance.
Reporting & Strategy Review: Monitor publisher activity, creating reports for management and developing actionable insights on offer optimization and emerging trends.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of publisher managers, fostering a culture of high performance and growth.
Profile
Required Skills & Experience
- AdTech and Media Buying Expertise: Minimum of 4 years in digital media buying with strong understanding of programmatic advertising, display and video formats, and their performance metrics.
- Programmatic Proficiency: Knowledge of ad-serving platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic media buying tools to drive ad performance.
Format Expertise: Proven knowledge of sponsored articles and other display or video ad formats and performance metrics.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset to assess data insights and continually improve media performance.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ad-serving platforms, media buying tools, and analytics software is a plus.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex media buying, including programmatic, direct, and custom partnerships.
- Prior team leadership experience is preferred.
